It will clear the mind, help you to process emotions and feelings and aid you to come up with new ideas and solutions.

Even 15 minutes one way, and 15 minutes the other way. Little is more, rather than none at all.

Leaving the phone alone whilst walking and having a look around at the trees and the sky and the birds will take the mind to a safe place, where it’s calm and peaceful.
