In my sessions we learn why our brain gets stuck in negative thought loops.

Our brains have a negative bias. It is a built in survival mechanism. But we also have a confirmation bias….

Interrupt the negative feedback loop with skills and techniques that I will be showing you.

Negative thought loops become your reality. Using ‘metacognition’ I will show you how to break this cycle.

Notice it. Notice that your feeling vulnerable, critical, angry etc.  Name it – Angry?  Reframe it. This is quiet a break though. Notice what is going on in your head. The key is do not judge yourself for your thoughts either.

The key is noticing instead of living on auto pilot. Pausing. Resetting the nervous system using the tools including being kind to yourself.
